We are a family-owned business committed to offering the best products and a top level of service so retailers and consumers alike are satisfied. These terms and conditions are binding in the following situations;

1. Who We Are
We are an independent, family-owned British business that has been producing tobacco products for over 200 years. Our company information is as follows:

Please note we do not offer factory tours and are not open to the public for the sale of tobacco products. Visits by appointment only.
2. Our Business Hours
Our production unit is open from Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30 and Friday 07:30 to 13:30.
Our office and distribution department are open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 4.30pm.
You can order online and access your account 24/7 through www.gawithhoggarth.ltd. Our office team is here to help you should you need them.
3. Customer Service
Customer services can help with order queries, delivery questions and (for retail outlets only) placing a new order over the phone;

Customer services normal working hours are Monday to Friday. We are not open on bank holidays. We are closed between the Christmas and New Year period.
We may temporarily close our limit our telephone support or email support during busy periods or for other purposes such as staff training or meetings.
4. Warehouse and Dispatch
Our warehouse and dispatch teams manage orders Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30. Bank holidays can affect deliveries.
5. Product and Pricing Information and Sales
We do not sell directly to consumers. We sell only to registered retailers in the UK, licenced or able to sell tobacco products. All accounts must be set up with the relevant Business Account Manager and by providing all required information. Credit checks will be carried out.
For export outside the UK, we use agreed and licenced tobacco importers and distributors.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY THE PUBLIC DIRECTLY.
6. Age Verification Process
Only those over the age of 18 should be viewing our website.
7. Tobacco Below Quality Expected
Tobacco is a perishable organic material and therefore it very susceptible to changes in temperature and humidity. We carefully package our tobacco so that it reaches consumers in the same high quality it was produced and packed in our factory. However, packaging can be damaged in transit or occasionally tobacco can go mouldy or dry out. Provided you have recently bought the tobacco from a retailer, please return the package to that retailer for a refund or exchange, based on the terms and conditions of that individual retailer. We cannot accept direct returns from consumers at the factory and warehouse.
8. International Orders from Licenced Tobacco Importers and Distributors
We welcome international orders from licenced tobacco importers and distributors. If you fall into this category and would like to be considered as a distributor for your country or territory, please send an email to enquiries@gawithhoggarth.ltd.
Please note, you or your agent must be able to deal with tobacco clearance procedures and you must have a distribution network within your given country to sell and market our products to retailers.

10. Making a Complaint
We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with our service or products. In the first instance please contact your Business Account Manager if you are a retailer. If this does not resolve the issue please contact our office team using the details above.
If you are a consumer, please first make contact with the shop you purchased the tobacco from and explain the problem. In most cases they will refund or exchange you and will pass on any relevant information to us.
