Here you can place orders, see past orders, set up templates for regular orders and you will also be able to access important documentation such as our Catalogue, Returns Policy, Terms and Conditions for Ordering etc.
As a quick guide to placing an order:
- Search for products using the category menu or the search bar at the top. Select the quantity using the +/- buttons and click Add to Basket.
- When you’ve chosen everything you need, go to your basket and select Checkout.
- Check that all your details are correct, including your shipping address.
- If you’d like to request something extra (for example, free pouches), add this in the Comments box.
- Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click Place Order Now.
- If the order is successful, you’ll see a confirmation number with your details on the screen.
- When you’ve chosen everything you need, go to your basket and select Checkout.
- Check that all your details are correct, including your shipping address.
- If you’d like to request something extra (for example, free pouches), add this in the Comments box.
- Tick the box to accept the terms and conditions, then click Place Order Now.
- If the order is successful, you’ll see a confirmation number with your details on the screen.
If you are close to your credit limit or exceed this, a message will pop up. You will still be able to place an order but the office will need to contact you to arrange payment. Similarly if you are on a pro-forma account, the office will contact you for payment before your order is processed.
